Today, the earthly world shines a little dimmer. We said goodbye to someone who was so authentically, beautifully herself in each and every way. A true-blue friend whose impact is impossibly large. A kind and vivacious soul who used her immense talents to teach, to help, to inspire and to give of herself perhaps more than anyone any of us have yet encountered in this life. She has been a dear friend, companion, artistic collaborator, and family member to many. She shone so brightly whether she was on stage or simply in a room. She brought humor, class, gratitude, decency, grace and sheer love to everyone she encountered in this life. Remarkable. Iconic. Hilarious. Stunning inside and out. One of a kind. Bar-setting performer. Unmatched wife, mother and friend. We propose a toast to this fierce, fantastic and loving human being. Amy, we adore you. Now and forever.
