Meet Our Class of 2026 Collective Members
We’ve had an absolute blast rolling out this 10th season to you with our eyes set on what’s ahead, and we’re thrilled to share all the exciting titles we have coming up in 2026-27 very soon! But as our 10th season comes to a close this spring, we are excited to share with you a fresh round of collective invitees — we’d like to reintroduce to you eight familiar guest artists who will be beginning Season 11 as our latest collective member inductees!
About the Collective
Since 2019, Good Night has annually installed a new class of talented artists into our official performer collective, which functions similarly to a company or troupe. It’s comprised of former guest artists who have gone above and beyond, have a notable tenure with the organization, strive to live out Good Night’s mission and values, serve as beacons of professional and ego-free positivity in every production of which they’re a part and show consistent support and physical presence for their fellow actors and to the company as a whole.
Our newest eight inductees are outstanding examples of each of these important criteria — from being mission-critical components of most every production to bringing creativity, talent and endless dedication show in and show out. Meet the Class of 2026.
Lisa Conlin
Since marking her Good Night debut choreographing season seven’s Reefer Madness, Lisa has been a master creative on and off stage, from her gorgeous work choreographing Spring Awakening, A Christmas Story and The Rocky Horror Show, to ascending the stage herself as a featured dancer in An After-Hours Cabaret and our upcoming Chicago. Lisa is a beloved presence in every dance rehearsal, her thoughtful attention to detail and care for her performers makes her an indelible part of the GNTC family!
Grace Dummitt
An accomplished musician and choral singer, Grace has been a natural performer since youth, lending her ample skills to many an ensemble, from gospel choirs to wind ensembles. In season eight, she made her Good Night debut as part of the cast of A Honky-Tonk Cabaret, following that up with stints in season nine’s A Christmas Story: The Musical and The Pride ‘25 Cabaret and recently tapping her way through last December’s White Christmas! Grace’s kindness, wit and eagerness to learn new things make her a stellar addition to the collective!
Sarah Larson
A beam of positivity and burst of joy whenever she enters a room, the incomparable Sarah Larson joined the Good Night fold back in season five’s The Fantasticks, and her signature costuming work has created veritable art pieces in GNTC shows ever since. From designing Salem to Sweeney Todd to A Christmas Story to The Rocky Horror Show, there’s no one finer when it comes to dreaming up an impossibly lovely aesthetic and outfitting our performers in unforgettable wardrobe!
Etta McKinley
A powerhouse vocalist who joined Good Night in season seven with a one-two punch of A Haunted Cabaret and a turn as countless characters in Reefer Madness, you in recent years caught Etta in our 2024 Live & Local performance, as one of the haunting chorus members of season eight’s Sweeney Todd and dropping disco beats in last season’s An After-Hours Cabaret! And just this past fall she marked the landmark 10th season of Good Night as a featured performer in the Decade Gala — Etta’s energy, style and stage presence make her a high-quality addition to any call sheet!
Randy Ruud
Randy has been a presence at many a Good Night show, from assisting behind the scenes on shows like Alvin Fletcher’s Surprise 34th Birthday Party and The Rocky Horror Show. He joined the operations team in an official capacity as the team’s Effects Engineer in season seven, helping with SFX for many of our musical productions. His kind-hearted, thoughtful presence backstage of any show is the steady, calming energy from which many a Good Night outing has benefited!
Casey Schultz
Since making her Good Night debut in season six, as part of the casts of both The Rewind Cabaret and A Yuletide Cabaret, and as parts of the casts of season seven’s Salem and Reefer Madness, Casey’s incredible musical, dancing and comedic talent have shone brightly on the Belbas stage, recently as outspoken Thea in Spring Awakening, in season nine’s The Pride ‘25 Cabaret and as party-girl Ashlyn in this year’s Parents’ Weekend! A multidisciplinary artist whose charm and talent have added to many a past Good Night experience, we’re thrilled to bring Casey onto the collective!
Scott Spexarth
Joining us in season seven behind the boards of An Animated Cabaret and Company, Scott has been an integral part of the fabric of Good Night, a masterful mixer and considerate technician whose talent has contributed to essentially every single production since 2023. From his rock-and-roll sensibilities behind many a cabaret to his meticulous attention to detail on productions like Night of the Living Dead and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Scott is an absolute force in sound design and a remarkably kind person to boot!
Rachel Winters
Rachel has been a part of the Good Night crew since joining the team as the production photographer in season three. She joined the company operations team in season seven as the Lead Stage Manager, helping out behind the scenes on all of our full-length musical productions! You’ve seen her steady, capable hand behind recent productions of White Christmas, A Christmas Story and Reefer Madness, and her considerate, heart-forward demeanor make her a beloved part of the Good Night story for many a cast and crew member!
