Meet Our Newest Operations Team Members
The announcements keep coming, as we add a few more faces to our operations team! Last season, we welcomed three incredible talents to our behind-the-scenes all-stars, including our choreography coordinator, our band leader and our experience manager.
And as we prep for the fall’s launch fo the 2022-23 season of Good Night, we’re staffing up with three more awesome folks who will help deliver #GoodNightsGuaranteed throughout Season 7!
About the Operations Team
The goal of Good Night’s operations team is to enhance the experience of attending and the quality of our performances, from the moment you enter the theater doors to sending you home with a smile on your face. They serve as the leadership of the organization from day-to-day operations, to marketing and promotion, to backstage creative, to front-of-house experience.
Randy Ruud
Randy has been a presence at many a Good Night show, from assisting behind the scenes on shows like Alvin Fletcher’s Surprise 34th Birthday Party and The Rocky Horror Show. He’ll be joining the operations team in an official capacity as the team’s Tech Supervisor in season seven, managing our tech crew and helping with SFX for our musical productions.
Alexondrea Thong Vanh
Alex joined the Good Night crew in season five as part of the cast of The Fantasticks. Since her debut as a guest artist, not only has she graced the stage again as Delia in Suspect! and as The Baker’s Wife in the upcoming Into the Woods, but she’s also lent her considerable artistic skills behind the scenes. Starting in Season 7, in addition to performing, she’ll also be joining the operations team as Good Night’s official Scenic Charge, helping out the Artistic Director with all things scenic design and execution!
Rachel Winters
Rachel has been a part of the Good Night crew since joining the team as the production photographer and capturing every energizing stage moment in season three through today. She’ll be joining the company operations team in Season 7 as the Stage Manager, helping out behind the scenes on all of our full-length musical productions!
